The actors portraying the popular Münster-based investigators, Axel Prahl (Frank Thiel) and Jan Josef Liefers (Karl-Friedrich Boerne), are estimated to earn approximately €250,000 per episode. This figure is understood to include contractual promotional duties. In contrast, Christine Urspruch, who plays Silke Haller in the Münster team, reportedly receives around €22,000 per episode.

Maria Furtwängler, known for her role as Charlotte Lindholm in "Tatort" from Hannover and Göttingen, is cited as potentially the highest-earning female cast member, with estimates ranging from €200,000 to €220,000 per episode. However, her character typically appears in only one episode per year.
