Taylor Morrison has opened its 18-hole championship golf course at the Esplanade at St. Marys community in St. Marys, Georgia. The development will eventually feature over 1,300 homes and extensive resort-style amenities.
Homebuilder Taylor Morrison has officially opened its 18-hole championship golf course at the Esplanade at St. Marys, a resort-lifestyle community located in St. Marys, Georgia. This marks the first Esplanade community in the Greater Jacksonville area.
The course, designed by C.W. Golf Architecture, offers varied play suitable for all skill levels, featuring five sets of tee boxes ranging from approximately 3,500 to 7,000 yards. The community is planned to include more than 1,300 single-family homes and a comprehensive suite of amenities. These additional facilities will include dining options, a wellness center with a fitness area and spa services, sports courts for tennis, pickleball, and bocce, and resort-style pools.

Proximity to shopping, dining, and schools is also noted. Homes within Esplanade at St. Marys will range from approximately 1,580 to 3,730 square feet and include two or three-car garages.
