TCC Collects Donated Phones and Tablets for Domestic Violence Survivors
TCC, a Verizon authorized retailer, is collecting used mobile devices throughout October to benefit More Than a Phone, an organization supporting survivors of domestic violence.

TCC, a Verizon authorized retailer, is collecting used phones and tablets in any condition across its more than 600 stores nationwide throughout October. The initiative aims to support the nonprofit organization More Than a Phone during National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Donated devices will be recycled, with the proceeds benefiting More Than a Phone. This organization provides survivors of domestic violence with free, secure smartphones to connect with loved ones and access essential resources. Donors are asked to wipe personal data from their devices before contribution.
Courtney Kibble, Executive Director of Round Room Gives and More Than a Phone, highlighted the campaign's impact. "An old phone or tablet sitting unused can have a second purpose when it's donated," Kibble stated. "We hope our communities will take this simple step to make a difference."
TCC's parent company, Round Room, LLC, has a notable history of philanthropy. The company has previously donated over $11 million through its community grant program, supporting more than 2,000 non-profit organizations.
