Team IM Appoints Scott Olesen as CEO and Jon Chartrand as COO
Enterprise content management and AI context solutions provider Team IM has appointed Scott Olesen as its new Chief Executive Officer. Jon Chartrand takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Oakdale, Minnesota – Team Informatics, Inc. (TEAM IM), a provider of enterprise content management and AI context solutions, announced changes to its executive leadership. Scott Olesen has been named Chief Executive Officer, and Jon Chartrand has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Olesen, who joined TEAM IM in 2004, succeeds Doug Thompson as CEO. Thompson will remain the company's majority owner and a member of its Board of Directors, where he will continue to guide the company's long-term strategic direction.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Chartrand will oversee TEAM IM's operations, marketing, product, and strategy. He has been with the company for 15 years. Olesen highlighted the increasing importance of content management as businesses adopt AI, emphasizing TEAM IM's role in providing the necessary business context.
TEAM IM, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, has been helping organizations manage, secure, and leverage their information since 2001. The company is a prominent partner to firms such as M-Files, Oracle, and ABBYY, and develops its own products for the M-Files platform.
