China-based Leadsynbio raised $67 million to advance its bio-manufacturing technology. Saudi Arabia's Erad, an alternative financing platform, secured $22 million in Series A funding. Singapore-headquartered iPiD gathered $16 million to facilitate cross-border payments. Israel's Rig Security, an identity security platform, obtained $12 million in seed funding. India's Balwaan Krishi, an online seller of agricultural products focusing on farm mechanization, raised $10.4 million in Series B.
Collectively, over $216 million was distributed across 41 funding rounds this week. While the challenges addressed are timeless, companies are continuously innovating to find better ways to solve them in the digital space.
