TechPunt expands Zendure battery distribution into Belgium
Dutch retailer TechPunt has launched the Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC+ in the Belgian market as the Netherlands prepares to end its net-metering scheme for solar energy.

TechPunt, a Barneveld-based retailer, has expanded its home battery business to Belgium. The company, which serves as an official Zendure distributor for the Dutch retail market, is now shipping its SolarFlow 2400 AC+ units to Belgian customers.
The move coincides with significant regulatory shifts in the Dutch energy market. The country’s net-metering policy, known as the 'salderingsregeling,' is set to expire on January 1, 2027. This change is expected to incentivize household energy storage, as owners will no longer be able to offset their grid electricity consumption with solar energy fed back into the network, shifting the focus toward local self-consumption.
Integration in Belgium requires adherence to specific local regulations. The SolarFlow 2400 AC+ is listed as an approved plug-and-play device by Synergrid in both its 800 W and 2,400 W configurations. However, installations must still be declared to regional grid operators, such as Fluvius in Flanders. Regulators emphasize that proper system sizing is necessary to manage network capacity charges, which are often based on peak power demand.
TechPunt has distributed Zendure products since August 2025 and currently provides technical support and customer service for the systems. The company operates both through its direct online store and various third-party retail partners.
