Financial technology firm Teciem has strengthened its executive leadership by appointing Stefano Maestri as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Strath Lanyon as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Both executives will be based in London.

The appointments are intended to accelerate Teciem's growth and customer-centric innovation in treasury and capital markets software solutions. The company aims to meet the growing demand from financial institutions for modernized technology and increased operational efficiency.

Maestri will lead global engineering and platform strategy, focusing on accelerating product innovation, cloud transformation, and AI capabilities. Lanyon will oversee customer success, deepening client partnerships and driving solution adoption to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
