The lender of the CCD notes subscribed for a total of 18,105 new shares in Tecnotree by exercising special rights. These newly issued shares have now been registered with the trade register.
Tecnotree has simultaneously applied for the listing of these new shares on the stock exchange. The listing is expected to strengthen the company's equity and facilitate trading of the shares.
The increase in the number of shares is a result of the company's prior financing arrangements. Tecnotree continues its business development within the technology sector.
