Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City VR Game Set for Spring 2026 Release

Cortopia Studios, in partnership with Beyond Frames Entertainment, has announced that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City will be released in Spring 2026. The virtual reality game is slated for launch on Meta Quest, Steam VR, and Pico platforms, priced at $24.99. Pre-orders are available starting today for Meta Quest users, offering a 20% discount.

The game will support cooperative play for up to four players, alongside a solo mode. Developers released a video showcasing the cooperative gameplay experience for the first time. Ace St. Germain, CEO of Beyond Frames Entertainment and Creative Director for Empire City, stated that while each Turtle has distinct strengths, the game avoids traditional class systems, allowing players to define their roles through builds and equipment.

Players will have an opportunity to try a single-player demo during Steam Next Fest, beginning February 23rd. This demo covers the initial 15 minutes of gameplay and features all playable Turtles. The demo will be available exclusively as part of Steam Next Fest until March 2nd.

To mark the upcoming launch, the development team is collaborating with several comic artists to create original artwork. Fero Pe, known for his work on IDW's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics, has created a piece celebrating the brotherhood and cooperative spirit central to the game.
