Telecom Acquisitions Group Transfers 13,500 TalkTalk Customers to Fleur Telecom

Telecom Acquisitions Group (TAL), a holding company based in Horsham, has started onboarding 13,500 TalkTalk broadband customers to its Fleur Telecom internet service provider. These customers have been with TalkTalk for many years, receiving services over traditional copper lines and ADSL technology, which is reaching the end of its lifecycle.

Fleur Telecom will upgrade customers to fiber, employing the same approach successfully used over the past year, with a focus on continuity and service quality during the transition to the new network environment. TAL CEO Nigel Barnett stated that existing telephone numbers and email addresses will be retained, along with current terms and conditions, and in most cases, payment arrangements will remain unchanged. The transfer is described as a seamless internal account change for customers.

TAL has collaborated with other network operators in this manner over the years, including CityFibre, Cable & Wireless (now Vodafone), MS3, and Full Fibre. The onboarding of all 13,500 TalkTalk customers commenced on September 1, 2026. Following the transfer, customers will receive 24/7 support from TAL's UK-based service center, which also manages its established Home Telecom and Elite Telecom brands. Additionally, customers will have access to a mobile app for account management.

TAL offers services from all traditional network suppliers alongside Layer 2 and Layer 3 connections with the majority of UK altnets. The group has now grown to over 80,000 customers, with projected turnover of around £36 million in 2027. The company plans to continue this growth through organic expansion and further acquisitions.
