Telus Consolidates Telecom Businesses to Drive Sustainable Growth
Telus Corporation announced executive leadership changes and a reorganization of its core telecom businesses aimed at driving sustainable growth and operational efficiencies.

VANCOUVER, BC – Telus Corporation (TSX: T, NYSE: TU) announced changes to its executive leadership and a restructuring of its core telecom business, effective September 1, 2026. The move is intended to enhance customer service, align capital and resources with higher-margin offerings, and achieve broader operational efficiencies.
David Fuller will rejoin Telus as Executive Vice President and Group President, TELUS Communications, overseeing all core telecom units, including Consumer Solutions and Business Solutions. Fuller brings extensive experience from previous roles at Telus and most recently as an Operating Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners, focusing on technology and telecom sectors.
Navin Arora is appointed EVP and Group President, Global Platform Businesses, with responsibility for TELUS Health, TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods, and TELUS Digital Solutions. Arora will also lead enterprise strategy, corporate development, and data centre strategy. Zainul Mawji, EVP, TELUS Consumer Solutions, will transition from the company after 25 years.
According to President and CEO Victor Dodig, these organizational changes are the first step in a transformation designed to strengthen the company's financial foundation and drive profitable growth. He stated the reorganization positions Telus to lead in the rapidly evolving telecom industry by improving customer service and streamlining decision-making.
