Temple View Capital has announced a strategic partnership with Oaktree to support the growth of its private lending platform. The partnership includes a significant capital commitment and a strategic investment.
Bethesda, Maryland – July 15, 2026 – Temple View Capital (TVC), a national private lender focusing on residential real estate investors, has entered into a strategic partnership with Oaktree. Oaktree, through its Asset-Backed Finance strategy, is providing a significant forward capital commitment and a strategic investment in TVC.
The transaction is intended to strengthen TVC's diversified funding strategy, which includes bank financing relationships, institutional investor capital, and its rated residential transition loan securitization shelf. The partnership aims to expand TVC's lending capacity, broaden its institutional capital base, and support continued investment in technology, operational infrastructure, and talent.
Since its founding in 2017, TVC has originated over $5 billion in residential transition loans for professional real estate investors nationwide. The company offers financing for ground-up construction, fix-and-flip projects, bridge loans, and DSCR loans. TVC also maintains an active securitization platform for residential transition loans.
