Existing users will be able to continue using QClaw until the shutdown date. The company is advising users to back up their configurations, memories, agent personas, and chat records before the service is terminated.
Tencent is offering a migration path to its WorkBuddy service and providing incentives for users who switch. Backup downloads will remain accessible until March 24, 2027, after which user data will be deleted, subject to legal requirements.
