Chinese technology firm Tengjing Technology has announced its earnings forecast for the first half of 2026 (January-June). The company anticipates total revenue to increase by 52.16% to 71.18%, reaching between 400 million and 450 million yuan. Net profit is projected to rise by 31.19% to 42.12%, falling between 48 million and 52 million yuan.
The projected growth is attributed to accelerated deliveries of key products, including high-speed optical module passive components for data centers and OCS yttrium vanadate crystals. Additionally, deliveries of high-end optical modules for semiconductor equipment have seen a continuous increase.
Tengjing Technology stated that excluding the impact of share-based payment expenses from a 2025 employee stock ownership plan, net profit could see an increase of 89.84% to 100.77%. The company noted that its overall profitability has significantly improved due to revenue growth and an optimized product structure.
Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, the company plans to solidify its core competencies and expedite the implementation of expansion projects. This includes strengthening the delivery of precision optical components for various optical interconnections and optical modules for semiconductor equipment, aiming for continued growth in business scale and profitability.
