Tenth Ward Distilling Company Marks Decade with 'X Marks 10 Years' Celebration
Tenth Ward Distilling Company in Frederick is celebrating a decade of operation and community support with its 'X Marks 10 Years' anniversary party on July 18. The event will feature special anniversary spirits and live entertainment.
FREDERICK, Md. – July 13, 2026 – Tenth Ward Distilling Company is commemorating ten years of independent distilling and community support through its "X Marks 10 Years" anniversary party, scheduled for Saturday, July 18. The event aims to thank supporters and look toward the company's future.
Established in 2016 as a small craft distillery, Tenth Ward has grown into a recognized independent spirits brand in Maryland. As one of the few woman-owned distilleries in the region, the company has produced award-winning spirits and helped position Frederick as a destination for craft beverage enthusiasts.
Attendees can expect live music throughout the day, specialty anniversary cocktails created for the event, and food. Two fan-favorite rye whiskeys, White Caraway Rye (public release) and Barreled Caraway Rye (Whiskey Club exclusive), will be available.
Founder Monica Pearce highlighted the importance of the community in reaching this milestone. "We're excited to celebrate this together," Pearce stated. Over the past decade, Tenth Ward has become known for its unique spirits, commitment to local ingredients, and creative experimentation.
