Terranor AB, a subsidiary of Terranor Group, has been awarded a framework agreement with Alingsås Energi for groundwork and civil engineering works. The agreement is initially set for two years, with an option to extend for up to a total of eight years.
Terranor estimates the total value of the contract for the full eight-year period to be approximately SEK 400–600 million. The anticipated annual volume is expected to range between SEK 50 million and SEK 75 million.
The framework agreement covers general groundwork and civil engineering tasks. The contract is expected to commence after the standstill period following the agreement's signing.
Alingsås Energi operates energy infrastructure in Sweden. This contract represents a significant project for Terranor within the Swedish market for infrastructure services.
