Terry Hale Develops Commercial Real Estate Training Series

Commercial real estate investor and educator Terry Hale is developing a six-part training series through 1CRE. The series will cover property sourcing, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and property repositioning, drawing on over 25 years of experience.

The program is designed to help participants understand how to identify opportunities, evaluate property income and expenses, structure transactions, and plan for improvements. Hale, who has experience with self-storage, multifamily properties, RV parks, and mobile home parks in states like Texas and Florida, brings a practical perspective informed by his investment background.

The planned series follows the investment process from finding potential properties through evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, conducting due diligence, completing acquisitions, and developing an operating or repositioning plan. Topics include assessing seller motivation, reviewing existing property performance, understanding valuation methods, and exploring seller financing.

Hale's teaching approach uses property examples to connect financial analysis with practical decisions. The training is intended for participants in 1CRE's mentorship program, aiming to support a structured approach to commercial real estate investing.
