Tetra Pak Expands Ework's Mandate in Sweden

Tetra Pak has significantly expanded Ework's role in managing its contingent workforce in Sweden through a new frame agreement. Ework will now serve as the sole Managed Service Provider (MSP) for interim consultants across all areas of expertise for all Tetra Pak entities in the country.

This expansion deepens a collaboration that has been in place since 2013, focusing on external workforce management. Sweden is designated as the first market for the rollout of Tetra Pak's global MSP program for contingent workforce management.

The agreement signifies Tetra Pak's intention to centralize and streamline its procurement of temporary talent. This move is expected to enhance efficiency and provide greater control over its flexible workforce in the Swedish market.
