TETRA Technologies reports highest third-quarter revenue in a decade

TETRA Technologies, Inc. released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting $168 million in revenue—a 10% year-over-year increase and the firm’s strongest third-quarter performance in ten years. The company posted a net income of $6.8 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $25.1 million.

The results were supported by international operations, which accounted for 41% of consolidated revenue. The industrial chemicals segment grew by 32%, fueled by demand from the semiconductor manufacturing sector and the energy storage market. Additionally, the water and flowback segment saw a 21% revenue increase, bolstered by gains in production testing technologies.

CEO Brady Murphy noted that the company’s ongoing bromine plant project in Arkansas remains on schedule and within budget. Construction is expected to conclude within the next year, with production slated to begin in early 2028. This facility is a core component of the company's long-term growth strategy through 2030.

Looking ahead, TETRA anticipates double-digit growth in both revenue and adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter. The company is also seeking to expand its desalination solution, TETRA Oasis, as it identifies new applications in the data center industry.
