Texans Credit Union recognized as top workplace in Dallas

Texans Credit Union secured the sixth position among midsize companies in The Dallas Morning News' 2026 Top Workplaces D-FW list. This marks the fourth year in a row the financial institution has appeared in the rankings, which highlight organizations with high employee engagement and positive workplace culture.

The findings are based on confidential surveys conducted by independent research firm Energage, which measures various aspects of employee experience and organizational performance. CEO David Frazier stated that the consistent recognition reflects the company's ability to maintain employee support as the organization grows.

Beyond internal workplace metrics, the company emphasizes community service through its "Texans Gives Back" program. Employees contributed approximately 1,400 volunteer hours to North Texas nonprofits during the past year.

Founded in 1953, the not-for-profit financial institution currently serves over 150,000 members and manages more than $2.6 billion in assets. The firm continues to focus on integrating digital banking tools with local customer service as it expands its operations.
