Texas-based Waterloo Gin enters UK market
Waterloo Gin has launched three of its American-style craft spirits in the United Kingdom as part of its international expansion.

Texas-based distillery Waterloo Gin has entered the United Kingdom market, marking its first international distribution outside the United States. The company is now offering its core portfolio, which includes its flagship No. 9 expression, a barrel-aged variant, and a prickly pear and rose variety, to UK consumers via its online retail platform.
The gins are produced using ingredients native to the Texas Hill Country, such as lavender, grapefruit, and pecans, and are processed with limestone-filtered spring water. While the products retain a juniper-forward profile, they aim to offer a distinct American interpretation of the spirit compared to traditional European counterparts.
CEO Justin Meigs stated that the company seeks to introduce its craft approach to a market with deep historical ties to the spirit. The brand, owned by John Paul DeJoria, is currently focusing on scaling its presence following positive reception at the 2026 SIP Awards.
