TF1 Group's content, including its streaming service TF1+ and live channel broadcasts, is now available to Netflix subscribers in France. The distribution agreement, effective Friday, June 19, grants Netflix users access to a library of French fiction, daily soap operas, popular entertainment shows, and live sports directly through the Netflix platform.

Subscribers in France can now watch live feeds of TF1, TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films, and LCI. The partnership also includes major sporting events such as rugby competitions and matches featuring the French national football team. Content will be integrated into Netflix's interface, featuring functionalities like 'continue watching' and personalized recommendations.

This move represents a significant development in the media landscape, as traditional broadcasters and streaming services explore new distribution channels. TF1 Group CEO Rodolphe Belmer stated that the partnership combines TF1's programming with Netflix's recommendation engine, aiming to reach new audiences and create new opportunities for advertisers.

Netflix, in a statement, described the partnership as a way to simplify access to entertainment. The offering includes 35,000 hours of programming, featuring popular series and shows such as "Koh-Lanta," "Star Academy," and "Plus belle la vie."
