Vitals, a diagnostics-led health and wellness platform based in Thailand, has announced its expansion into Singapore and Hong Kong, the company stated on September 28. This strategic move aims to introduce Vitals' testing, telehealth, and recurring product model to these two new Asian markets.
The platform offers at-home hair sample tests designed to screen for over 700 biomarkers, alongside blood programs covering up to 82 laboratory indicators. Customers receive their results digitally through AI-generated reports and recommended protocols. Vitals is also rolling out online consultations with licensed physicians.
In Singapore, telehealth services operate under specific regulatory frameworks, which could influence the pace of Vitals' full service rollout. While hair analysis can serve as a biomarker in medical research, the clinical validity of Vitals' specific wellness tests is not established by available sources.
Citing data from Grand View Research, Vitals notes that Thailand's personalized testing and supplements market is projected to grow from approximately US$80 million in 2026 to US$124 million by 2033. Vitals' expansion into new Asian territories aligns with the anticipated growth in this sector.
