This move signifies a new phase for the property, focusing on a refreshed identity and an updated approach to marketing and selling the remaining residences.
The 35-story building originally comprised 67 residences, with 24 homes currently available for purchase. Among the offerings is Penthouse 34, listed at $14.5 million, featuring a private rooftop and panoramic Manhattan views. The development, originally by Macklowe Properties and designed by CetraRuddy, is now sponsored by Centurion Real Estate Partners.
Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency, stated that the relaunch aims to inject fresh energy and perspective into the property. He highlighted the strategic partnership with rennie, combining market intelligence, creative storytelling, and a global network to approach developments effectively.
The renewed marketing strategy will focus on establishing a distinct identity for The Elysia, employing new creative, marketing, and sales initiatives. The goal is to enhance the property's appeal and provide a more cohesive experience for prospective buyers. The condominium is situated at a prime Manhattan location, offering residents access to the city's cultural, dining, and business districts.
