The Condado Collection Receives Eight Stella Awards for 2026

The Condado Collection, a hospitality group based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, earned eight accolades in the 2026 Northstar Meetings Group Stella Awards. The awards program, which spans various hospitality segments, recognized the group’s three properties for achievements in renovation, interior design, event space, and food and beverage services.

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel led the group’s performance with five awards, securing gold medals for best decor and design, best on-site event space, and best renovation. La Concha Resort received two silver medals, and the Condado Ocean Club was recognized with a bronze medal in the boutique property category.

The annual Stella Awards process involves public voting from meeting planners followed by an evaluation by a panel of industry experts. This year, the organizers recognized 243 organizations worldwide for their contributions to the meetings and events industry.

These honors follow recent capital investments across the properties, aimed at modernizing facilities and upgrading guest experiences. Militza Orama, vice president of sales and marketing, stated that the awards reflect the focus on maintaining standards for both event facilities and personalized service.
