The Mosaic Company Announces Executive Leadership Changes

The Mosaic Company, a global producer of phosphate and potash, has announced a series of executive leadership changes. Karen Swager, Executive Vice President of Operations, will retire from the company effective October 31. Swager has held a significant role in overseeing the company's operational strategies.

Following Swager's retirement, Walt Precourt, who has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), will be appointed Executive Vice President of Operations. Precourt joined Mosaic in 2023 and has held various leadership positions within the organization.

Additionally, Amy Shertzer has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shertzer previously served as CFO at Constellation Energy Group and brings extensive financial leadership experience from her career.

The company stated these changes are part of its ongoing succession planning to ensure continued leadership strength. Mosaic is one of the world's largest integrated producers of phosphate and potash fertilizers.
