The Old G Gin, a premium London Dry gin, has earned a Double Gold medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), a distinction awarded to spirits that receive unanimous gold medal scores from judges. The gin scored 96 points in the competition.

This award follows the gin's recognition as Best Gin in Show with 98 points at the 2025 Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards. The Double Gold at SFWSC, considered a significant benchmark in the spirits industry, reinforces The Old G's growing reputation since its founding by artist Hebru Brantley and executive Peter Ibrahim. The brand also secured a Gold medal at The Global Gin Masters Competition in 2024.

"It's rewarding to see the industry continue validating that belief [that we built one of the smoothest and most distinctive gins on the market] at the highest level," said Peter Ibrahim, co-founder and head of brand at The Old G. "Two major wins in less than a year – that's not luck, that's consistency."

Produced using a nine-times distilled process with organic botanicals including juniper, citrus peel, coriander, cardamom, licorice root, and orris root, The Old G Gin is aerated for two days to achieve a smooth finish. It is designed for versatile consumption, suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as a cocktail base.

The Old G Gin is currently available at over 750 retail locations across the United States. The company has also introduced a 200ml "Pocket Old G" format and updated its signature matte-black bottle design as it expands its distribution.
