The Patriot Fund hosts 11th annual gala in Philadelphia

The Patriot Fund held its 11th annual gala at the Union League of Philadelphia on October 23, 2026, bringing together military personnel, veterans, and local stakeholders. The event serves as a platform for the organization to emphasize its support programs for military families.

During the ceremony, former Union League president Frank Giordano was named the 2026 Greater Philadelphia Area Patriot of the Year. The recognition highlights his involvement in regional civic efforts, particularly as Philadelphia prepares for the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.

The gala continues to function as the primary fundraising mechanism for The Patriot Fund. Proceeds are directed toward programs designed to assist veterans transitioning to civilian life and to provide resources for military families in the region.
