The Wealth Company launches fund for NRI access to India's mutual fund market
The Wealth Company has launched the Gift City Fund, aiming to provide Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) with a single, dollar-denominated route into India's mutual fund market.

The Wealth Company, the asset management arm of Pantomath Group, has introduced the Gift City Fund, a new investment vehicle designed to offer Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) a consolidated and dollar-denominated pathway into India's extensive mutual fund market.
The new fund, classified as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), aggregates over 50 Indian asset management companies (AMCs) and more than 1,600 mutual fund schemes under one professionally managed structure. This initiative aims to significantly simplify access for NRIs to Indian capital markets, which have historically involved complex procedures or required local presence.
Launched within India's GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City), an established international financial hub, the fund is strategically positioned to attract global capital and offer financial services on an international scale. For investors, this presents an opportunity to diversify into emerging markets through a single, managed product.
The Wealth Company's objective is to streamline the investment process and enhance transparency for NRI investors. The Gift City Fund is anticipated to draw both retail and institutional investors seeking exposure to India's economic growth trajectory.
