The Wealth Company Launches Fund in India for NRI Investors
The Wealth Company has launched a new Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in India's Gift City, offering non-resident Indian (NRI) investors dollar-denominated access to the Indian mutual fund market.

The Wealth Company has established a new Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in India's Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (Gift City), aiming to provide non-resident Indian (NRI) investors with dollar-denominated access to the Indian mutual fund market.
This Category III AIF is designed to offer a curated investment vehicle, managed by professionals, that grants access to over 50 asset management companies and more than 1,600 funds available within India. The fund structure is intended to simplify investment processes for NRIs seeking to participate in India's growing financial markets.
The launch represents an effort by The Wealth Company, the asset management arm of the Pantomath Group, to tap into the significant investment potential of the NRI community. Gift City, a special economic zone, is designed to attract international financial services and has been promoting such initiatives to bolster foreign investment.
Further details on the fund's specific investment strategies and performance expectations were not immediately available. The Wealth Company stated the fund aims to leverage its access to diverse Indian fund options through a single, managed platform.
