The World's 50 Best Restaurants publishes 51-100 list for 2026
The organization released the second half of its annual restaurant ranking ahead of the official awards ceremony scheduled for November in Peru.

The World's 50 Best Restaurants has published its list of establishments ranked from 51 to 100 for 2026. This precursor to the main event highlights international culinary destinations across six continents, selected through a voting process involving industry experts.
The expanded list serves as a lead-up to the primary awards gala, which is set to take place on November 4 in Lima, Peru. The ranking is sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna and serves as a barometer for current trends in global fine dining.
By releasing the 51-100 tier in advance, the organization distinguishes these venues from the top 50, which will be revealed at the ceremony. The final event in Lima aims to consolidate the rankings for the current year, providing a comprehensive reference for the gastronomy sector.
