THIRA Health names Stephanie Fox as new CEO
Bellevue-based behavioral health provider THIRA Health has appointed former COO Stephanie Fox, Ph.D., as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding the retiring Patricia Charles-Heathers.

THIRA Health, a specialist in adolescent and adult mental health treatment, has elevated Stephanie Fox, Ph.D., to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Fox, who previously served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer, assumes leadership effective immediately as the company prepares for its next growth stage.
Dr. Fox arrives at the helm with a background in clinical program development and behavioral health management. Prior to her tenure at THIRA Health, she held the position of Chief of Specialty Programs at Sheppard Pratt, where she managed outpatient and residential service expansion.
She succeeds Patricia Charles-Heathers, who is stepping down from the position. Dr. Fox is tasked with maintaining the company’s current clinical models—specifically its Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programs—while exploring operational scaling in the competitive specialized mental health sector.
The leadership transition marks a continuation of THIRA Health’s focus on mood and eating disorder treatment, with Dr. Fox expected to prioritize access to care and organizational infrastructure.
