Third Federal Ruling Affirms STIIIZY Products Do Not Infringe PAX Patents

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a third federal ruling stating that STIIIZY products do not infringe on PAX Labs patents. The decision, dated July 10, 2026, confirms that STIIIZY's redesigned All-In-One (AIO) vape devices are not subject to a prior exclusion order by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

This CBP ruling allows retailers to continue purchasing and selling STIIIZY's AIO vape devices. STIIIZY had redesigned the AIO model following a January 2026 ITC decision that found certain discontinued STIIIZY vape products infringed on patents held by PAX Labs.

This marks the third instance where CBP has rejected PAX Labs' patent infringement claims against STIIIZY. Previously, the agency ruled that STIIIZY's V3 products and its batteries imported with redesigned pods did not constitute an infringement. This latest ruling ensures STIIIZY's premium vape products remain available in the U.S. market.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Los Angeles, STIIIZY operates as a vertically integrated cannabis company. The company states its mission is to provide consistent, high-quality, and trusted products inspired by authentic cannabis culture. STIIIZY also reports investing in local communities and providing resources for veterans.
