Westbridge Print serves legal and tax professionals across 13 countries and also provides commercial printing services to book publishers. This transaction allows Thomson Reuters to sharpen its focus on providing AI solutions for the legal, tax, audit, and compliance industries.
The move is part of Thomson Reuters' strategy to concentrate on its core digital offerings and technology services. By divesting the print division, the company aims to enhance its capabilities in providing data, intelligence, and solutions to professionals.
