ThumbsUp 3D Scales Production with Over 1000 Creality Units

ThumbsUp 3D, a professional 3D printing farm based in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, has substantially increased its production capabilities with the integration of more than 1,000 Creality Ender-3 V3 PLUS 3D printers. The company specializes in producing custom parts for international clients, including STEM educational kits, medical models, and toys.

The expansion addresses previous limitations in speed and consistency that hindered large-scale custom orders, according to the company. ThumbsUp 3D reports that the Creality V3 PLUS machines provide the stability, precision, and ease of maintenance required for round-the-clock batch production, enabling them to meet international demands for both quality and rapid delivery.

The company operates from a facility spanning approximately 600 to 700 square meters, with printers distributed across two floors and six dedicated zones. ThumbsUp 3D has implemented custom stone platforms for each printer to enhance mechanical stability and print accuracy, alongside optimized ventilation systems.

With its expanded fleet, ThumbsUp 3D estimates an annual output of over 1.5 million parts. The company projects its annual revenue to be between USD 6 million and USD 10 million, establishing itself as a major player in China's 3D printing farm sector.
