Thundercat aims to solve context gap for fast-growing software companies

Thundercat, a startup founded in December 2025, is rolling out a solution aimed at resolving the "context gap" that fast-growing software companies experience. Co-founders Shagun Ohri and Siddhant Singh identified this issue while observing how AI companies struggled to retain customer context as they scaled.

As software startups operate with leaner teams, the proliferation of specialized tools often leads to fragmented customer history and decision-making logic. Thundercat offers a shared execution layer that connects a company's existing sales, marketing, and customer success tools, centralizing operational context.

The platform allows sales teams to prioritize accounts and research opportunities based on past interactions, marketing campaigns to align with sales efforts, and customer success to carry context from sales into onboarding and retention.

Thundercat has achieved approximately $150,000 in annual recurring revenue within two months of its current deployment stage. The company competes with data orchestration tools and broader platforms but differentiates itself by acting as a forward-deployed system that actively learns a specific company's operations.
