Tieto Caretech has entered a partnership with Synplan to incorporate AI-powered shift planning tools into its existing Lifecare Workforce Management solution. This integration aims to streamline the allocation of healthcare staff and specialized skills by leveraging automated planning capabilities.
The initial rollout of the combined software is limited to Lifecare Workforce Management customers in Norway. The partnership intends to address common workforce challenges in the social and health sectors, where manual scheduling has historically been a time-consuming process for management.
