Tieto executes share repurchases during week 44

Tieto Oyj conducted share repurchases throughout week 44 as part of its ongoing capital allocation strategy. The company purchased 40,000 shares on each trading day from October 26 to October 29.

The initial purchase on October 26 saw shares acquired at an average price of 20.31 euros. Over the following days, the average price per share decreased, reaching 18.76 euros by the end of the period on October 29. The consistent daily volume of 40,000 shares resulted in a total of 160,000 shares acquired during the week.

The total value of the repurchased shares for the period amounted to approximately 3.1 million euros. All transactions were executed at prevailing market prices on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
