Tiffany & Co. has announced the opening of its new triplex flagship store in Chengdu's Taikoo Li district in China. The store underscores Tiffany & Co.’s commitment to China, offering visitors a unique atmosphere that combines craft, art, and heritage in a single location.
The store features a captivating facade designed by architect Hugh Dutton. The interior design blends contemporary aesthetics with timeless elegance, incorporating signature Tiffany Blue® accents. The first floor, "The World of Tiffany," showcases diamond jewelry and the House’s most emblematic collections, including elements inspired by Chengdu's vibrant culture, such as a chandelier referencing the local magnolia flower.
The second floor, "All About Love," presents an exceptional diamond vitrine design with artworks, including Michelangelo Pistoletto's "Color & Light 2024." This level also houses the Tiffany High Jewelry section, featuring unique creations displayed in frosted glass vitrines inspired by a Jean Schlumberger design. Notably, it includes the only watch salon in China, highlighting Tiffany & Co.’s horological legacy.
The third floor is dedicated to Tiffany's home and accessories, leather goods, and baby collections, complemented by a private lounge and dining room. The lounge features Damien Hirst's "Tiffany Cute, 2024," while the dining room is adorned with bespoke wallpaper depicting Chengdu Renmin Park. This expansion reinforces Tiffany & Co.'s strategic focus on key Asian markets.
