Tigo Energy Faces Securities Class Action Lawsuit
Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP has initiated a class action lawsuit against Tigo Energy, alleging the company provided misleading financial forecasts.
Shareholders of Tigo Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: TYGO) are the subject of a class action lawsuit filed by law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP. The litigation concerns allegations that the company violated federal securities laws between February 24, 2026, and August 4, 2026.
The complaint centers on revenue projections issued by Tigo regarding its partnership with EG4. Plaintiffs allege that the company lacked a sufficient basis for its financial guidance, as the partnership was not expected to generate revenue until at least the fourth quarter of 2026. According to the filing, the company’s public statements were materially misleading, resulting in investor losses when the reality of the business outlook became known.
The class has not yet been certified by the court. Investors who purchased shares during the designated class period have until November 23, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
