Tim Miller appointed Strategic Advisor at Gaming Compliance International

Gaming Compliance International (GCI) has announced the appointment of Tim Miller as Strategic Advisor. Miller will offer an independent regulatory perspective on GCI's transaction monitoring and market surveillance products and services as the company undergoes global expansion.

Miller recently founded GamReg Consulting, a firm focused on gambling regulation, after a decade at the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC), where he served as Executive Director of Policy and Research. GCI will be one of Miller's initial clients in this new venture.

Founded in 2025, GCI provides a range of services to gambling regulators worldwide, including platforms for transaction monitoring and market analysis. The company's insights helped regulators gain oversight of betting activities and identify unlicensed operators, such as during the 2026 World Cup.

GCI CEO Matt Holt highlighted that Miller's appointment signifies the company's understanding of regulatory challenges. "Tim Miller's expertise and reputation show regulators that we understand their challenges and are developing the tools and services that equip them to meet them better than ever before," Holt stated.

Miller commented that collaborating with the GCI team is a natural step for his new consulting venture. "I know from experience that the tools regulators need to protect their citizens are constantly evolving," Miller said. "I will ensure GCI and its clients remain ahead of the curve in optimizing their markets."
