Titan OS secures $46 million to scale smart TV operating system
Barcelona-based smart TV software provider Titan OS has raised $46 million in debt and equity to fund international expansion and platform growth.

Titan OS, a developer of operating systems for smart televisions, has raised $46 million in a mix of debt and equity financing. The funding round includes participation from funds managed by BlackRock, alongside existing investors Highland Europe and Mangrove Capital Partners. The company has now reached a total of $110 million in raised capital.
The platform provides television manufacturers with an operating system integrated with ad-supported streaming services (FAST) and targeted advertising capabilities. According to the company, it now serves 30 million users, reflecting a growth from 18 million in the previous year.
The company has recently added brands such as Sharp, AOC, Vestel, and Skyworth to its partner list. Notably, Philips transitioned to Titan OS for its 2026 model lineup, replacing Google TV. According to CFO Hyoungung Kim, the new funding will support the pursuit of broader geographic reach and increased partnerships with agencies and advertisers.
