Clario Group announced on October 1, 2026, that Tom Smith has joined the firm as President of Corporate Affairs. In this new leadership position, Smith will be responsible for growing the company's corporate affairs services, advising senior executives, and overseeing integrated client engagements focused on reputation, transformation, risk, and growth.
Smith brings over three decades of experience advising companies and executives through periods of change, opportunity, and heightened scrutiny. Most recently, he served as President of Corporate, North America at Allison Worldwide, where he played a key role in building and leading the firm's corporate practice and advising clients across various sectors.
