Tommi Valento Appointed as Lumo Homes' New CFO
Lumo Homes plc has appointed Tommi Valento as the company's new Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Management Team. He will start in the role no later than January 13, 2027.
Helsinki – Lumo Homes plc has appointed Tommi Valento (M.Sc. (Econ.), LL.M.) as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of its Management Team. Valento is set to assume his new responsibilities by January 13, 2027, at the latest.
Valento joins Lumo Homes from Elenia, where he has served as CFO since 2015. His prior experience includes roles such as Group Treasurer at Pohjolan Voima and Head of Debt Advisory at KPMG. The current CFO, Erik Hjelt, is retiring on July 1, 2026.
During the interim period until Valento takes up his position, Antti Syvänen, Director of Finance and Business Controlling, will serve as the interim CFO. This management change aligns with Lumo Homes' ongoing strategy for growth and development within the Finnish residential real estate sector.
Lumo Homes is Finland's largest rental housing company, focusing on properties in major growth centers and aiming to provide modern, digital living solutions. The company was listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange in 2023.
