Tony Ellis II Wins 2Gether-International Pitch Competition

2Gether-International (2GI), a global organization supporting founders with disabilities, has announced Tony Ellis II, founder and CEO of PathStrider Mobility, as the winner of its Summer 2026 MVP Cohort pitch competition. The program, powered by Comcast, aims to help entrepreneurs with disabilities scale their product innovations.

Ellis, who uses a wheelchair due to SMA, is developing what is described as the world's first seated robotic independence platform for individuals with severe neuromuscular conditions. His company, PathStrider Mobility, focuses on advancing accessibility technology.

The 10-week accelerator program guided 18 founders through product development using customer data and market entry strategies. The competition culminated in a pitch event where four finalists vied for $10,000 in seed funding. Judges included representatives from Motley Fool Ventures, Diversity VC, and Venture Builders.

Other finalists included Emily Weinberg of SkipIt, Rachelle Orozco and Kristina Bagnoli of 5Senses, and Chris Akans of CrosTalk, who received an audience choice award. 2GI has supported over 1,400 startups, assisting them in raising approximately $84 million in funding.
