TORL BioTherapeutics reports preliminary data for ixotatug vedotin in germ cell tumors

TORL BioTherapeutics announced preliminary efficacy and safety data for its investigational drug, ixotatug vedotin, at the ESMO 2026 congress. The study focused on 11 patients diagnosed with recurrent germ cell tumors who had previously failed to respond to multiple lines of standard treatment.

Clinical data showed an objective response rate (ORR) of 45.5% among the cohort, with a disease control rate of 72.7%. Notably, three out of six patients who had previously progressed following high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation showed a positive clinical response to the therapy.

The findings provide early evidence of ixotatug vedotin's potential utility in a hard-to-treat patient population. The company is continuing to monitor the safety profile and durability of responses as the clinical development program progresses.
