TORM plc Increases Full-Year 2026 Financial Guidance
Shipping company TORM plc has raised its full-year 2026 financial forecasts due to continued market strength and its operational performance. The company now expects higher TCE and EBITDA figures.

TORM plc (Nasdaq: TRMD, TRMD A) announced today that it has increased its financial guidance for the full year 2026. The revision is based on the company's current visibility and expectations for continued market strength through the remainder of the fourth quarter.
The company now projects its 2026 TCE (Total Cash Earnings) to be in the range of USD 1,700 million to USD 1,900 million, an upward revision from its previous guidance of USD 1,400 million to USD 1,600 million. Similarly, the full-year 2026 EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) forecast has been raised to USD 1,300 million – USD 1,500 million, compared to the earlier estimate of USD 1,000 million to USD 1,200 million.
Increases in guidance within the shipping sector, particularly for tanker operations, typically reflect favorable freight rates and robust demand. TORM's upward revision suggests confidence in the prevailing market conditions persisting for the remainder of the year.
Further details on the company's outlook and financial performance are expected in subsequent reports. TORM previously cited exceptional market conditions and strong execution as drivers for raising its guidance.
