TORM plc, a global tanker company, has increased its share capital by 97,089 Class A shares. The capital increase stems from the exercise of Restricted Share Units (RSUs) as part of the company's employee incentive program.

Of the newly issued shares, 95,700 were subscribed for in cash at DKK 179.80 per share, and 1,389 shares were subscribed for at DKK 124.20 per share. The capital increase was carried out without any pre-emption rights for existing shareholders.

TORM plc operates a fleet of product and crude oil tankers. The company was originally listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange in 2002.
