TORM plc Upgrades Full-Year Guidance
Shipping company TORM plc has raised its full-year 2026 financial forecast due to continued market strength and strong performance. The company now expects to achieve higher TCE and EBITDA results than previously projected.

HELLERUP, Denmark โ Danish shipping company TORM plc on October 12, 2026, announced an increase to its full-year 2026 financial guidance. The revision reflects the company's expectations for sustained market strength through the remainder of the fourth quarter.
TORM now anticipates its full-year 2026 TCE (Total Commissioned Earnings) to be in the range of USD 1,700โ1,900 million and EBITDA between USD 1,300โ1,500 million. This represents a significant uplift from previous guidance, which projected TCE of USD 1,400โ1,600 million and EBITDA of USD 1,000โ1,200 million.
Chief Executive Officer Jacob Meldgaard stated that "exceptional market strength and strong execution" have led to the guidance being raised to "new record levels." He highlighted the company's scale and agility in supporting its performance.
The upgraded guidance is attributed to stronger-than-anticipated earnings visibility, supported by TORM's current forward freight coverage and ongoing favorable market conditions within the product tanker sector. TORM is scheduled to release its third-quarter 2026 financial results on November 4, 2026.
