Torque Motor Suites Expands Nationally with Blue Ash, Ohio Opening

Torque Motor Suites, an entity of Neyer Properties, is expanding its luxury private garage suite brand nationally. The company celebrated this milestone with the grand opening of its second location in Blue Ash, Ohio, on July 29, 2026. The expansion includes plans for new communities in Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville, and Birmingham markets.

Four-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves has joined Torque as a future owner and strategic partner. The company is also offering a reservation refund assurance through its StartLine Assurance, guaranteeing a refund if a planned community is not completed.

"For me, Torque is about more than cars," Castroneves stated. "It is about passion, community and having a place that reflects what you love."

The Blue Ash location is the second Torque community in the Greater Cincinnati area. Expansion plans include new communities in Westmont (Chicago), Noblesville (Indianapolis), Nolensville (Nashville), and Birmingham, Alabama. The company anticipates construction to commence incrementally through 2027.

Torque also introduced Torque Black, a private membership offering access to all Torque communities nationwide and exclusive owner experiences.
